The Teacher Networking Center is a place for teachers to connect and share information. It has been inactive for awhile but we are getting ready to move forward and start having sessions and tours.
The question is "What do teachers in Second Life want?" I am thinking about having a set time each week for a TNC "event". These would be tours, sessions, etc.
The focus is on K-12 teachers. Sessions will discuss things K-12 teachers can use in their rl classrooms. Topics could be classroom management, teaching strategies, ways to integrate technology, etc.
Please share your ideas on this blog. What do you want to see at the TNC? Can you host an event?

This is very exciting to see this blog and group come to life. This sounds like a valuable project. As soon as this semester ends (a few more weeks) I like to become more actively involved.
